Day 03:
Early morning at 7:30 join yoga class know about asana (posture) and meditation then after breakfast proceed to a short rafting trip or take your time to spend on your own then in evening at 5:30 join Yoga & meditation Class, have dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 04:
Early morning at 7:30 join yoga class and know about Pranayama (advance breathing) and Advance yoga postures then have breakfast and check out the hotel and tour terminate.
