Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Rishikesh – Sari Village - Deoriatal (196kms Drive + 2.5kms Trek)
On arrival of Rishikesh at our office fill the formalities then drive to sari village it can take around 7 – 8hrs with the lunch on the way, by reaching sari village the wonderful short trek of 2.5kms starts to Deoria tal (Lake) it takes around 2hrs, overnight stay in Deoriatal at Camps. Deoriatal is a lake situated about 2.5 km on an uphill trek from the villages of sari at an altitude around 2438 mtrs on the Ukhimath - Chopta road, it has heavily woody, lush green surroundings with snowy mountains Chaukhamba is one of them. In the early morning on a clear day, traveler can see the reflection of the Chaukhamba peak on is crystal clear water of Deoriatal Lake. The snow covered Himalayan Mountains, beautiful birds drinking water from the lake can cause you to forget each worry and then you experience peaceful white surroundings.

Day 2: Deoriatal – Chopta - Chandrashilla – Chopta (2.5kms Trek down + 26Kms Drive - 6kms trek up - 6kms trek down)
After having a Breakfast trek down to sari vilage then get the cab and drive to 26kms to Chopta and take the packed lunch and begin your trek to Chandrashila, Enroute visit Tungnath temple and realize many breathtaking and beautiful mountains like Kedar, Chaukhamba, during this region, you may see many rare species of eagles after reaching at Tungnath temple you may have your packed lunch and then begin trek further to chandrashila. Reaching at this top of chandrashila enjoy real heaven on earth and spend some memorable time, then come back to Chopta, over night at camp/guesthouse.
